VALUES

What I Stand For

At the heart of everything I do is a deep belief that healing is sacred, truth is power, and love—radical, unconditional love—is the foundation of transformation.

These are not just business values; they’re personal truths I live by.

From every session to every retreat, I’m guided by:

Integrity – honoring your time, energy, and journey with care

Compassion – creating safe spaces where every part of you is welcome

Empowerment – helping you reclaim the truth of who you are

Courage – walking boldly into the shadows to find your light

Authenticity – showing up real, raw, and rooted in soul

How We Heal + Rise

I don’t believe in quick fixes, surface-level affirmations, or bypassing the truth of your pain. Healing isn’t about forcing yourself into a version of who you think you should be — it’s about gently remembering who you truly are beneath the shame, the stories, and the survival strategies.

My philosophy is simple, sacred, and rooted in love: you are already whole. You are already worthy. But somewhere along the way — through trauma, heartbreak, loss, or unmet needs — you were taught to forget.

This work is about unlearning the lies.

My approach is trauma-informed, soul-centered, and somatically grounded. I weave together gentle nervous system regulation, inner child healing, shadow work, and radical self-love to help you come back to your body, your truth, and your light — one compassionate layer at a time.

Like peeling back the layers of a messy onion, we move slowly, tenderly — honoring what comes up with curiosity instead of judgment. Sometimes there are tears. Sometimes there is laughter. Always, there is safety. There is choice. There is truth.

Because real transformation doesn’t come from pushing through. It comes from softening into presence. From creating safety within. From remembering that you are not too much, not too broken, not too late.

You don’t have to become someone else to be free — you only have to come home to the woman you were always meant to be.

This is how we rise: together, in truth, in tenderness, in power.

Together, We Rise

And with Together, We Rise, a portion of all program proceeds support organizations devoted to women’s and girl’s healing and empowerment around the world—so your transformation becomes part of something even greater.

💞 Together, We Rise

As part of my commitment to healing, I believe in creating ripples that extend far beyond this space.

When one woman heals, it creates a powerful energetic shift—not just in her own life, but in her family, her community, and the world. That’s why I’ve built giving into the foundation of my work.

A portion of the enrollment fees from my 6-month transformational coaching program, Messy Onion: From Messy to Magnetic—where women peel back the layers of what wounded them and embrace the love, worth, and power that’s always lived inside—will be donated to organizations that support trauma recovery, women’s empowerment, and life-changing opportunities for women and girls around the world.

When you say “YES” to your own transformation, you’re also helping another woman rise.
Your healing becomes part of a greater movement—one rooted in justice, equity, and the sacred truth that we were never meant to rise alone.

Together, we heal. Together, we rise.

Global Causes that Support Women's Empowerment

Here are a few global causes I’m honored and committed to support:

🫶 Kiva.org (Global) – https://www.kiva.org/

Kiva’s motto is “Make a loan, change a life.” Kiva is an international nonprofit tackling inequality through crowdfunded micro-loans. It puts the power of financial inclusion in all our hands. My priority is to support women entrepreneurs—because when women succeed, entire communities rise.

🫶 S.H.I.N.E. (Global) – https://www.shine.charity/

S.H.I.N.E. envisions a world where women are empowered to have freedom of choice, economic independence, and dignity—and where every child has access to education. Their mission is to break the cycle of poverty through women’s empowerment and child education.

🫶 Women Like Us Foundation (Global) – https://www.womenlikeusfoundation.org/

This global nonprofit empowers women and girls through education, economic development, and social impact. Their programs address homelessness, sex trafficking, and sexual abuse—helping women realize their worth and reclaim their future.

🫶 Malala Fund (Global) – https://malala.org/

Millions of girls around the world are denied their right to education due to gender discrimination and lack of investment. Malala Fund works through advocacy and grantmaking to secure secondary education for every girl, everywhere.

Thank you for helping me spread light where it’s needed most.
