Meet Christine

I’m a trauma-informed nervous system coach and creator of The Steady Woman Method™ and Reclaiming the Light Within.

I didn’t study this work from a distance.

I lived it.

After navigating a life-long path of healing from trauma and rebuilding my own nervous system from the inside out, I became obsessed with one question:
